Terms of use

MUZIVI is a directory. We list service providers and publish reviews and vouches left by users. We are not a party to any agreement you make with a provider, we do not supply the services listed, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or availability of any work performed.

Checks such as “phone verified” mean exactly what they say and nothing more. A verified phone number confirms that someone controlled that number. It is not an endorsement, a licence check, or a warranty of competence. Deciding whether to engage a provider, and on what terms, remains your responsibility.

You must give accurate information when creating an account and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we may remove content without notice where it is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.

If you list a business, you confirm that you are entitled to represent it, that the details are accurate, and that you hold any licence or registration the work requires. You must keep the listing current and remove it if you stop trading.

You retain ownership of what you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the directory, including in search results and link previews.

Some listings are created editorially from publicly available information before the owner has claimed them. If a listing describes your business and you want it changed or removed, contact us and we will act on it.

Reviews must describe your own genuine experience. One review and one vouch per person, per listing. You may not review your own listing, pay for reviews, offer anything in exchange for one, or post a review on behalf of someone else.

We may remove reviews that appear fabricated, incentivised, defamatory, or that contain personal information about others. We do not remove a review simply because the provider disputes it, and we do not accept payment to remove or suppress reviews.

Providers can pay for a higher position in results. Paid placement is always labelled “Sponsored” where it appears, applies only to listings that already meet our quality requirements, and is capped so that paid listings cannot occupy an entire page of results.

Payment never affects reviews, ratings or vouch counts, and it never causes another provider’s listing to be removed or hidden.

You must not:

• Post false, misleading or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or business
• Scrape, copy or republish the directory in bulk
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site
• Use the site to send unsolicited marketing

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from your dealings with a provider, from reliance on information published here, or from interruption of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted by the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. If you use the site from elsewhere, you may also have rights under your local law that these terms do not affect.
